POLICIES & COMMITMENTS
These policies define the conditions under which services are provided at Savoir-Faire Saigon. They aim to ensure service excellence, transparency, mutual respect, and a serene experience for all clients.
All services include a complimentary consultation, during which expectations, techniques, pricing, and feasibility are discussed and validated prior to execution.
Only clients receiving a service are permitted within the salon premises, in order to preserve comfort, professionalism, and the quality of the experience.
Prices displayed are indicative and may vary according to hair length, thickness, condition, and the technical complexity required.
The final price is confirmed following the consultation and prior to the commencement of the service. All prices are expressed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
Students currently studying in Vietnam and presenting a valid student identification are eligible for a twenty percent (20%) discount on haircut services.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time.
In the event of a delay exceeding fifteen (15) minutes, Savoir-Faire Saigon reserves the right to reschedule the appointment depending on availability.
Should a client be dissatisfied with the result of a service, notification must be made within five (5) days to qualify for a complimentary adjustment.
Decisions regarding service redo or refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, in consultation with the stylist, and handled in a fair and professional manner.
No refund shall be granted in the event of a change of mind following a full consultation and agreement.
A partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) may be considered only if dissatisfaction persists after a corrective service.
No refund or guarantee applies if results are compromised due to the use of non-recommended products or failure to follow aftercare advice.
Savoir-Faire Saigon reserves the right to modify pricing, services, or promotional terms at any time without prior notice.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome within the salon. Savoir-Faire Saigon is a space dedicated to respect, harmony, and positive energy.
